  6. You need 1 sachet (27 gr) of susu bubuk dancow putih.
  7. It's 30 gr of margarine, lelehkan.
  8. You need 1/3 of vanilli.
  9. You need 1/3 st of garam.
  10. You need of Topping : kurma.

  1. Siapkan bahannya, lelehkan margarine, kupas kurma dan buang bijinya lalu potong- potong..
  2. Blender semua bahan, kecuali kurma, hingga halus dan tercampur rata.. Kue Lumpur Pisang
  3. Olesi cetakan dengan margarin, kemudian tuang adonan, masak diatas api kecil 7-10 menit kemudian beri topping kurma di tengahnya, lalu tutup agar cepat matang. Masak hingga matang merata, geser-geser atau putar kuenya agar tidak gosong. Ulangi hingga adonan habis..
