- You need 150 gr (2 buah) of pisang matang.
- It's 1 butir of telur ayam.
- You need 100 gr of tepung segitiga biru.
- It's 50 gr of tepung maizena.
- Prepare 200 ml of santan (65 ml santan instan + air).
- You need 1 sachet (27 gr) of susu bubuk dancow putih.
- It's 30 gr of margarine, lelehkan.
- You need 1/3 of vanilli.
- You need 1/3 st of garam.

Kue Lumpur Pisang step by step
- Siapkan bahannya, lelehkan margarine, kupas kurma dan buang bijinya lalu potong- potong..
- Blender semua bahan, kecuali kurma, hingga halus dan tercampur rata..
- Olesi cetakan dengan margarin, kemudian tuang adonan, masak diatas api kecil 7-10 menit kemudian beri topping kurma di tengahnya, lalu tutup agar cepat matang. Masak hingga matang merata, geser-geser atau putar kuenya agar tidak gosong. Ulangi hingga adonan habis..
